1st Annual
Fresh Start Field Day 

An Event to Benefit Fresh Start Furnishings

Hosted in Partnership with the Bel Air Rotary Club

 

The Board of Directors is excited to announce our first annual Fresh Start Field Day, an exciting afternoon of competitive fun to benefit Fresh Start Furnishings. The event will be held on June 7th, 2025 at Hopkins Farm Brewery beginning with a Friends & Family heat followed by an Adults Only heat. Teams will compete in a series of exciting, mission-focused and classic field day games with the fastest teams in each heat crowned the Fresh Start Field Day winners. In addition to competing, guests are invited to enjoy on-site food trucks, Hopkins one-of-a-kind beverages, and auxiliary games for those not participating in field day events.

 

Fresh Start Furnishings has proudly furnished more than 1,690 homes and 4,900 people since 2016. Our applications for assistance continue to increase which means we need more manpower, resources, and funding to maintain sufficient inventory and reasonable service times.

TEAM REGISTRATION DETAILS

Team colors will be assigned upon registration

A preview of the games with instructions will be sent to teams one week prior to event.

Team Sign-Ups Open March 24th, 2025

 

Only 16 teams per heat available

Team registration closes May 24th

Family & Friends - $60 per 4-person team

  • Event day registration opens at 10:45am

    • Games begin- 11:15am

    • Winners announced- 12:45pm

  • 4 members per team. Teams must include at least one child between the ages of 8 and 16 (teams can be larger but only 4 members can compete per game).

  • All games must include at least 1 child participating at all times.

  • Teams receive

    • Swag bag

    • Team Photo

    • 4 colored head and wrist bands

    • Water/snack

REGISTER A FAMILY & FRIENDS TEAM

Adults - $100 per 4 person team

  • Event day registration opens at 1:45pm

    • Games begin- 2:15pm

    • Winners announced- 3:45pm

  • 4 members per team (teams can be larger but only 4 members can compete per game)

  • Age 16 and up

  • Teams receive

    • Swag bag

    • Team Photo

    • 4 adult beverage drink tickets

    • 4 colored head and wrist bands

    • Water/snack
