Fresh Start Furnishings proudly operates as a program of Inner County Outreach. We transform empty houses into homes by providing furniture and home goods at no cost to those in need. Inner County Outreach (ICO) is a faith based organization that nurtures families by assessing and addressing individual’s educational, social, and health needs. ICO provides stepping stones to those struggling to improve their quality of life.

When we left the last program I had acquired some items but we were still in need of furniture. I found some things online and through Craigslist and then I heard about this ministry through a food pantry that I go too. I am so thankful for the help and especially for the new dining table for us to have dinner together.
