Debbie is a proud wife and mother of two children. She is originally from Harford County and has deep ties to the community.  As a daughter of a service member in the military she traveled overseas and experienced many cultures which taught her the importance of understanding diverse people and building a compassion for helping others.  She graduated high school in Germany as a DoD student and moved permanently to the United States in 1987.

With almost 30 years experience as a bookkeeper, expanding to additional office roles including HR, payroll, scheduling, marketing and event planning, she stepped out in faith and went to college to further her education.  She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate of Accounting.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, gardening, baking, reading and volunteering for local charities, including Alpha's Glory, Fresh Start Furnishings, Revive Us, Mason-Dixon Community Services, Char's Hope, Harford Family House, Sleep In Heavenly Peace, and Welcome One.  She currently serves at Freedom Church of Bel Air.
