Georgeanna Garceau, Broker/Owner of Garceau Realty, brings over 30 years of real estate expertise to the Greater Baltimore area. Since launching her career in 1986, she has consistently ranked in the top 1% of industry producers nationwide. In 2008, she established Garceau Realty, an independent brokerage headquartered on Main Street in Bel Air, Maryland. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded to multiple locations and is renowned for its personalized service and strong community ties .
 

Georgeanna's commitment to community service is evident through her extensive volunteer work and support for various organizations. She has been actively involved in fundraising and committee participation for groups such as the Facets Boys Home, The ARC, Youth Benefit’s Advisory Committee, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Alliance for Lupus Research, YMCA Senior Daycare, St. John’s Catholic Church, St. Vincent’s Boys Home, Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation, Believe in Tomorrow Children’s House, and Loyola University .
