Get Involved

Plan a Group Serve Day!

Individual employees or group members can volunteer anytime in the showroom or join a transport team.

 

One-time team-building opportunities for small groups include:

  • Groups of 2–5 can serve as Showroom Attendants for the day.

  • A Transport Team of 2–5 can head out with one of our Fresh Start drivers and box truck to pick up donations.

  • Employees with trucks or trailers can form teams of two or more to pick up donations and help ensure we have enough inventory to serve our clients.

  • Help us complete a special project at our showroom.

  • Looking for large group opportunities? Let’s connect and create a plan that works for your team!

Host a Collection Drive!

  • “Welcome Home” Cleaning Supply Baskets

  • Goodnight’s Sleep Collection Drive (new mattress covers & bedding)

  • Pennies for Pillows Collection Drive (new pillows)

  • Bathroom Basics Collection Drive (shower curtain, toothbrush holders etc)

  • Get Cookin’ Collection Drive (kitchenware and small appliances)

  • Amazon Wishlist Collection Drive

  • DONATION COLLECTION DAY (inspired by a Girl Scout Silver Award project)

    • Plan a day for small furniture and home goods donations to be dropped off at your business and transported to our showroom!

Provide Ongoing Program Support!

  • Sign-up to provide monthly or bi-monthly support on an ongoing basis

  • Offer access to a transport vehicle on a regular basis

  • Join the Event Committee and help support our mission through fundraising

  • Join the Outreach Team and help us spread the word about our mission
